What are the exercises that make you want to go home and skip the workout?
Workout:
5 Rounds
5 rep max OHS
5 front leversĀ ( sub with 15 second hollow rock holds per front lever)
Jackson ready to rumble, thrusters always make me want to go home, or if I see one of the girls for the
work-out I may try and sneak out before anyone see’s
me.
I really don’t like pushups! End of my whine.
Double unders SUCK - if you have ever had the pleasure of seeing me attempt them you would know why I hate them.
What? Thrusters, dbl unders,and pushups? Those are fun!!!
Maybe if we all drank gallons of milk like Big B, we’d also like du’s, thrusters and pushups. Just my .02.
